It is not every day that you can witness a Guinness World Record Salmon Carver in action. Don’t miss your chance to see Darren Matson in action on this "outstanding" tour of the H. Forman and Son’s famous smokehouse.
This day gives you the opportunity to enjoy a unique tour and salmon tasting at this famous smokehouse, including a fascinating carving demonstration by Darren Matson.
Following your tour, pick up a delicious smoked salmon bagel picnic lunch before boarding the boat at the pontoon. It is now time for a tranquil cruise through the waterways of the surrounding area. View the historic Carpenters Road Lock, built in the 1930's, which is the only ‘double radial lock’ in the country. The lock on the Old River Lea is now within the grounds of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. You can even help work the lock!
